- You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites.

While we deploy sound engineering practices and quality-focused delivery, we explicitly do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, including user adoption rates, market performance, or revenue targets, as such outcomes are affected by external business and market factors beyond our direct control.

Termination

If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your Coatsink Software Ltd account, you may simply discontinue using our Services, subject to any existing contractual obligations.

Our Services are provided "AS IS." and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Coatsink Software Ltd and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Coatsink Software Ltd, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
